All About You ABA, LLC

ALL ABOUT YOU ABA, LLC is dedicated to supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, Down Syndrome, and various behavioral or social challenges. Our objective is to offer families participating in our program access to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) tools, providing them with knowledge and techniques to guide their children with special needs.

Paula Arciniegas

Owner/BCBA
Paula Arciniegas is the founder and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at All About You ABA, LLC.

With over 20 years of experience, Paula is a dedicated advocate for children. Before dedicating her work full time to the company, she worked as a teacher and a school director. Paula holds a Master's in Special Education from Arizona State University and is fervently committed to educating others and supporting children within the community.

Liliana Peña

Liliana is the founder and director of All About You ABA, LLC. Before dedicating her full time to the company, she worked as an Early Childhood Education Specialist for more than 25 years serving as a teacher and managing a preschool program. From a young age, Liliana has been actively volunteering with various organizations dedicated to serving the community and children with cognitive and physical disabilities. This passion led her to become a certified Registered Behavior Technician. Currently, Liliana remains dedicated to expanding her education and knowledge to assist children facing autism and other intellectual and behavioral challenges.
